Saw your post here, and remembered a recent video of his.
He recently posted about his "possibly endgame" speaker - The Q Acoustics Concept 50.
His content is really interesting, but He covers all the budget ranges (and good man for that) though I didn't pay much mind up till the point he said in his review of the Concept 50's the Q Acoustics do mid and top end BETTER than the Wharfedale Elysian 4's he recently reviewed.
AMT tweeter, dedicated mid cone and all.
Love my Evo 4.4's, Elysians are better, (and 5 times the price) but not suited to my room - so that comment got my attention!

know you like a bit of grunt, and a comment about the concept 50's were a slight lack in the low end region?
