Not quite a bargain on eBay but a bargain by them, I got an email to say I could sell for just a quid over the bank holiday, so I did, sold my Yamaha amp for £125 with fees of just £1!! I won't ignore their offers so much in future. Obviously PayPal took their cut but what can you do..

It is within ebay rules that listings can be ended, even with bids. You may not like it, but the seller did nothing wrong.
I am aware of that Geoff but I still think its scummy, particularly when the listing didn't mentioned advertised elsewhere so I may pull if it sells there first. I have seen other listings with that in the description. There was significant money bid by bidders on it so not a listing pulled with no bids on it.Quote:
