another one of those unlikely albums that earwormed, dark baroque pysch that bears no resemblance to "Runaway". Essential I've always thought but peeps don't check it out cos its "Del Shannon.
I can't recommend this enough, its so left of centre of what's expected from an artists name.

Continuing with the Wishbone Ash experience, this is the last record before the band went through a host of line up changes over the next 20 years.
Laurie Wisefield replaced Ted Turner in 1975, for a brief 3 years 87-90 the original band got back together, and "Nouveau Calls" was released, unusual in that it is all instrumentals. "Here to Hear" that followed in 1989 was the last album released by the original members. Neither of these albums were particularly successful.
