The song,"suicide is painless" was co authored by director Robert Altman's 14 yr old son Michael. He lamented years later he only got $70k for directing the film. His son, who wrote the lyrics in 5 mins made over a $1m;)

Years ago Tarantino was supposed to do this but he dropped out so they got in his non-union British equivalent, Guy Ritchie. He does his best to raise it above the usual retro TV spin-off but it isn't enough to make it a classic. Or worth a second watch for that matter. How crazy good would Tarantino's version have been? We will never know.
Worth a watch or not then? If done reasonably well, it's my kind of thing:)

Just watched Murder Mystery on Netflix (wife's choice - that's my excuse!) Jennifer Aniston doesn't seem to age, Adam Sandler still makes me cringe with embarrassment... But overall an amusing yarn.
Finished Season 2 of Killing Eve on BBC iPlayer last night - really enjoyed that.
But best of all was the Brands Hatch British Superbike meeting - especially the Supersport Sprint race - no spoilers, but worth a watch if you like your bike racing.

Lol... I totally fail to get 'worked up' over my feelings towards ANY 'celebrity', be it pop star, film/TV star, or whatever. So in this instance, I'll happily play Joe's 'apathy card'!:D
In terms of 'pop stars'/musicians, I either like their music or I don't. As long as they're not murderers, rapists or child molesters, I couldn't give a monkey's what kind of people they are, as I judge them on their MUSIC, nothing else.
So, in that respect, I HATED Oasis with a passion (and most of said 'Brit pop' shite), and for me the Gallagher's solo output since isn't much better!
