Just like to thank Jorge a new member who bought the Quad 606 recently. UPS did deliver eventually but it was touch and go:)
Glad its gone to a good home where I believe Jorge is going to upgrade and service it .
A big thanks to Franz for the promptly delivered Audioquest speaker cables. they are lovely ..alas my brother snaffled them...big bully
I might add I installed them for him and they sounded very good indeed with the Q,s lovely tight bass from his shitty amp:eyebrows:
Would like to very much thank Glenn (vandergraafuk) for the wonderful Focal speakers I bought from him yesterday, they are settling into the system nicely and are simply amazing...
Glenn and his wife were extremely hospitable considering we were there quite a long time due demoing and then packing up the speakers, and my personal inability to lift weight at the moment. I very much look forward to keeping in touch, great deal and lovely people.

I bought some pureav speaker cable from Martin (eisenach).
He was very good on the pm front and posted the item right away.
when the cable arrived (which was the next working day)it was boxed within a strong box with plenty of bubblewrap.
I would have no problem buying from Martin again.
