A few months ago I was inundated with pics of posters available to buy via Ebay of ladies showing all their bits. Making me look like a right perv :(

I think if you open these ads, even if you go no further and delete them as spam and block the sender, the 'system' remembers and continues to send you similar spam but from a supposedly different sender.
The best thing to do is just to ignore them and eventually they will stop.
If you're on Windows set your Firewall to 'strict' - or something similar, I can't recall what it's actually named but it's the third of the three options.
