Photo a bit blurry but the Audiolab transport arrived. Amazon couldn't find a bigger box I guess.

Not got much time on it yet but is noticeably better than the Oppo it replaces. Bit crisper, a bit more defined.

Just need to get the other Krell back off Alan now and I reckon I'll have about topped out.
Still got the Tannnoys to come though, this side of Xmas hopefully.

Be getting a MK1 after the lockdown. It looks in good nick but is totally original so will need a recap at least.
How does the 100 compare to the 50?
Yes saw that. total steal at the price. I got a lot of power amps here but always come back to the 100 Mk2 - I can't really define exactly why. Music is just more pleasurable through it, It's a lot like a Radford STA15 but with endless grip and power. I don't think there is much difference between the 100 and the 100 MK 2 except for the direction the fans blow.Quote:
