No, that's where it lives Steve. Having almost 30kg on the bottom shelf makes the whole rack feel nice and secure. I don't have the meters switched on anyway, they can become a bit of a distraction & apparently the sound is more transparent with them off (although I can't tell the difference).

Reclining sofa AND a coffee table? That's just greedy! And I bet the coffee table would affect the sound more than the VU meters :D Don't mind me, it's just amp envy.

AND it's a powered recliner with USB sockets :eyebrows:

Had to move table to recline it but to be honest if I lie on that to listen I'll just fall asleep.

That's the trouble with recliners - you'd think they could make them less comfortable :( Looks good there, and those Tannoys make the amp look tiny! Bet it all sounds great :)

I'm very content Steve, as I've said elsewhere I've kissed a lot of frogs & spent a fair wedge to get where I am but, apart from maybe adding a streamer, I'm there.

Great set-up, Royster - very similar to my own, although my room is a little bigger... No doubt it sounds fab, as it looks very well set up, with the positioning of those Tannoys spot on (for the room)!:thumbsup:
