I'm saying that with average power output amps of the time they sound distinctly average. It took a 100wpc HK Citation beast to wake mine up... And yes I blew both B200's on my IMF's using it

Serves you right!
Actually about thirty years ago I bought a new (ex demo) Legend P300 MosFET power amp which turned out over 200 rather nice sounding watts and I used to drive all sorts of low wattage high sensitivity speakers to high levels with it without blowing anything (16 ohm 8 watt Lowther Acoustas for instance). Tell a lie. I did burn out a pair of loose, crummy little Whitely Stentorian HF812 5 watt units I was trying out (the HF1016s I had were far better and the HF1216 better still). I wonder if anybody here remembers those or for that matter the contemporary Baker speakers, they were OK.
Belated report back on this.

I have to say it sounds bloody good. Very transparent and clean. Lots of grip too, seems to have bags of grunt. Rather chuffed actually. :)

Beware item not working but advertised as working this was the one i had trouble with although i was given a refund to he's still selling it as working. Although i advised that it needs a lot of work why dont people listen :( pointless.
Report it to Ebay Dan, save someone buying a duffer.
