Is it just me, or is the rush hour starting earlier and earlier each year?
When I was working the hours were 08:30 to 17:00, yet I notice that traffic gets busy from about 15:30.
Has anyone else noted the same?

a lot of places now work different hrs which helps to spread the jams over a longer period; supposedly making the jams, less... not sure it works all that wellQuote:

No it's not just you Barry, I've noticed it over recent years. Increasing numbers of cars on the roads, combined with falling driving standards and (largely) piss poor public transport means that many set off earlier to (a) avoid the worst of it, and (b) compensate for the inevitable longer journey times.Quote:

It's the school run, kids are too good for buses these days, ma or pa gotta chauffeur them in their expensive German cars.
