All drivers worked so a happy chappy.
First glue up wasn't good so decided to add some rebates and had another go.

The mid driver needs to be separated from the bass driver and needs around 1.7 litres of space so got hold of some 150mm PVC pipe and cut it down to size, around 110mm in length (gives around 1.9 litres but with the end cap in place should be about right:

The brace was made more aerodynamic - holes drilled in and the edges were radiused and pocket holes added.

Added material in to the speaker cabinet, rewired the drivers and put in the sealant so that the drivers and the back of the cabinet create an airtight box.
