Okay, so they have waffly cabinets, cheap vinyl wrap veneer, spitty tweeters & crap-o-la crossovers..... Hang on why am I posting these on here ?! Oh yeah, they have potential ;)
Just got back in from picking it up. Wow. It's mint and looks new, beautifully made. Heavy bit of kit for its size. I reckon it must have cost a bob or two. The seller was disposing of his late father's pride and joy system and this was the last bit. I'll wire it up tomorrow and give it a spin.Quote:

I can find very little on the net. It looks pretty much a prestige item, being a pretty chunky bit of gear with a very decent standard of construction.
I suspect it may have had a remote control originally. It dates from around 1994 and most upper end Japanese integrateds from around then provided one. There is (almost hidden) what may be a remote sensor on the front panel. Presumably most JVC audio remotes may work.
