Due to the current lack of unnecessary heating around the house I've found mould here and there on interior walls. It's amazing what a bit of bleach can do! It all looks like new again :).

had a bit of mould starting on the bathroom windowsill, gave it a dose of domestos, few hours later it's gone. Not had a problem in any other room though even though I've never heated them in 25 years.Quote:

Smell always reminds me of going to the 'swimming baths' at primary school though.
This was the actual baths we went to, even by the 1970s it was totally unchanged from the day it was built. Amazing slice of Victorian history, so of course they knocked it down - maybe twenty years ago now.

shame on them. great buildings those.. yup bleach smells similar to low level chlorine use
Not surprising as bleach contains about 5% sodium hypochlorite.
