Yeah. It is on the rare side. People always seem to ask a fortune for them. Dunno why. I've heard the Paragon suite and it was horrendous. Dreadfully coloured and underdamped. It has a real 'honk' to it! Curiosity or collector value only. The drive units used are pretty good though. It's the cabinet that's the problem.Quote:

I've a strong feeling Bakabunghippo (the seller) is a well known and trusted seller/trader in the traditional world of hifi, ex-BBC with many of those types of contacts. Pretty sure it's the same guy who has/had a big stand at the Tonbridge Audiojumble twice a year (though I haven't been for about 5 years). So they're likely ok on that basis not that I'd encourage spending that sort of money without fully checking such doubts out!
