Regardless of the details provided in this Comet ad, the SL95B and the SP25 that I purchased at the time came with a plinth (SL95) and without a plinth (SP25), although the difference for the SP25 with a plinth and nominal cart would have been around £10...!
Considering the 401 required a plinth (?? £10), tone arm (??SME 3009 £25) and cartridge (??Shure V15 (£28) and would have been considered as a 'reference source' it would have been not far short of £100......
Wonder if they have any potential.

I seem to remember them for some reason, Thats a 1980's Sony colour scheme. However its the early 70's Sony speakers i thought were alright.
