Lol... Those are (minus the rather fetching green-coloured formica) exactly what I bought from Big Ears Audio. My LMs also had Reds inside, but I later changed them for Golds, preferring their overall sonic presentation in my system.
Most interesting that these have come from Rockfield Studios, where more than a few classic albums were produced!! :respect:
Marco.
£1900.00 for those is a bargain, if I only had the space.... I wonder which studio they came from? I know and have used the Rockfield ones in the past. A pair of The Who's Lockwood/Reds were sold recently. I have the Eatons out of studio 2 at Tin Pan Alley Studios (as used by Pete Townsend) which will be refurbished this year.
For those that groove on Deccas and Hadcocks.
And, I suppose, the Technics SL-1500.

Get the finish stripped back to the Oak veneer, unscrew the Queen anne legs off.. On some stands jobs a good un.. They also have hard wired crossovers makes em easy to re-build with big caps..

I personally do not like those arms. However you can still buy Armboards, Springs & belt for these decks for full service..
