Not something I have come across but if it is manufactured by 3M it must have some decent properties? Sounds like its used in damping of electronics whatever they maybe? probably worth giving a try?

It seems to be something that the guys over on the Whats Best forum really like compared to Sorbothane.
Well I can tell you now that I've removed Sorbothane out of one of my systems. I had a feeling I'd over damped the equipment and I've been proven right. Music just sounds so much more dynamic.
