Hi there, I'm not doing anything special to burn the dac in other than using the usb input and running a radio stream from my laptop and out through the Arcam. I've heard of people leaving a stream running for the 100 hours or so it is supposed to take to run them in. Apparently the TC-7520 is meant to sound harsh and bright straight out of the box but i found it quite agreeable, i like a bright sound and i have 'warm' sounding amp and speakers, a matter of taste i think. What problems are you finding with it? According to some forum posters the bass/bottom end and vocals develop over time. I figure that just by using it regularly it will run in and i get to hear how it changes over time. I've heard of people upgrading opamps and capacitors but i intend to leave mine alone for at least six months of good use before i start tinkering. Rich -email darksideofthetoonuk (at) gmail dot com.

Hi there, just been reading your thread about burning in your Beresford - was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about the process? (I just got mine today and I'm not terribly happy with it!) Reckon you could message me with your email addy or something? Thanks! Callum.
