Hello Clive, Thank you for your reply, But I am afraid the cartridge is way beyond my budget, but its just my luck that you are considering selling your VIDA phono stage, Because last month I took my t/t which had my Kiseki on it to a wam bakeoff last month at GJO (Kent), and Ian(Baggawire) bought his VIDA phono stage which proved to be a quite superb piece of kit, that made the Kiseki really sing to it's full potential, however in my system I have no room for a phono stage as I find the preamp phono stage in my amp is pretty good and that is the reason I sold my Kiseki ! and that is why I am now looking for a new cartridge.

I bought it from John Pattinson on Wigwam from whom I have bought and sold big ticket items several times. It only had 70 hours use but he needed to raise funds.
A couple of years ago I had 4 turntables, 5 arms and a dozen cartridges but I am now downsizing my system and the Brinkmann arm I used with this is for sale as will be the Aurora VIDA phono stage I played it through. I tried it with my Tango and Kondo SUTs on various settings but always preferred it straight in to the MC input of the VIDA set at 120 ohms.
I shall be looking for £2000 for it.

Hi Paul
It's a Zyx Universe II X / SB2 which means it has copper coils and silver base. The output is 0.24mV which is measured at 3.54 cm/s, 1 kHz so it sounds a bit louder than you would expect for that output. I am sure you will be aware of the reviews, but Art Salvatore's on his High-end-Audio site describes it very well.
The cart has about 150 hours of use on it. It is complete with box and manual.
