Sastus, Interesting rant you have going about the British magazines. I haven't seen any of them, but you could be right. The thing is, in dangerously candid moments, I could easily have written much of what you have...but about forums. The hobby is pregnant with self-delusion, wish-fulfillment, and just plain dumb elitism. I wonder if, perhaps, the editors aren't as deliberate and dishonest as you've imagined. I wonder if, perhaps, they are just as deluded and duped as many audiophiles. "I'll trust my ears," they say. But their ears aren't trustworthy. Tim
