Ali, what's this? You've been a member for virtually three years and you've only now just got around to posting some pics?

It took me a couple of years, and then I got some 'gentle chiding' from Chris (TGW)! Anyway no matter; those electrostatics look fabulous.

Care to identify the gear? I can spot some World Design components and the Belkin PF30s - but what are the other boxes?

Quite right Barry, tucked away underneath is a tweaked WAD Pre 2. Above at the bottom of the pile is an Arcam CD62T, unused since getting the Touch.

Above the Belkins resides the Behringer DCX2496 active crossover, which runs the ob's.

The black box above left is my Drobo NAS, while alongside is my tweaked Audio Note Dac Zero, run from the digi out of the Touch which sits atop it.

On the top of the Drobo is a tweaked VALAB two box NOS dac, which is connected to the Sky box.

Unseen behind the telly are a pair of Bantam Audio Golds, and a couple of power supplies for the amps and the Touch.

Cables are Belkin i/c's and Microphonic Audio speaker cable, which really is as cheap as chips and very good IMHO.

Yes, I know it's just piled up, but when I finally manage to have Nick finish the direct coupled GM70 amps (my fault, not his!) I will purchase a suitable rack, which given the amount of gear will have to be a sizeable AV jobbie!

Pedigree dogs have way too many issues, inbreeding's not very sensible. Alsation's back ends go, Some breeds have metal problems, little furry ticking bombs they are! ;0)

Longer the kennel club name, the bigger the bills will be ;0)

Of course he'd still be worth it if you could train him to tidy up? But no, they can only do useless stuff like fetching sticks. What do I want with sticks? That's how stupid a dog is, don't think for one second about the fact that me throwing the stick away might suggest that I don't want it.

Looks like a cosy pad, Ali. I like houses that look 'lived in' (take that as a compliment), not soulless domiciles populated by a tidiness over-obsessive housewife/girlfriend [delete as appropriate] in order to create a 'parlour' to show off to her friends and family ;)

Love the OBs. Not sure about those things behind them, though... :eyebrows:

Gosh, not many dogs can say that they're magazine stars! Actually, I doubt that any dog can say that but you know what I mean.

Reminds me walking into my friend's house in my teens to find him trying to teach his German Shepard to talk! He figured the only reason dogs could not talk was that no one had bothered to teach them. I gave up following a one-sided discussion on the concept of limited inelegance, left him talking to his dog. One of us staring at an idiot was enough.

Yeah, "lived in" is how it normally looks, especially when you have an 8 year old running around!
