hello all,

having a good look around here and it has helped massively. just started a new project which is transfering my old dat tapes so i can remaster them, most are of bands from tape trading and i want to share most of them has some have not seen the light of day.

i have all the gear I need up and running(sort off Sony SDT-D9000) hooked up and software, just going to have a good rumage on the site over the comming week as i am pulling my bloody hair out:lolsign:

I still do a lot of recording, but mainly video now, and over dub the audio from my edirol R-09, all my dat recordings are of rock/metal bands from around 2003 to 2006, i used to have a TCD d8 but it broke, i still have my sony 55ES standalone unit but this is a bit time consuming. which is why i have gone for the PC option, all in all its cost me around 25 pounds so if i can get that set up running its a bonus

I also used to do a bit of dj`ing and still have my 1210`s and a pioneer djm600 and a denon dnd 9000 CDJ, so i like all sorts of music i can`t be pinned down to 1 genre, although im not keen on hip hop
