Windows 7 Service Pack 1

Just to let you guys know (as some have been on the topic of Operating Systems), than SP 1 for Windows 7 has been released today by Microsoft.

It took over an hour to complete for me and aborted once, so it could be worth while delaying until a day or two? I guess the best time would be when the US is asleep, as at the moment I would figure the MS servers are working overtime. I certainly wouldn't update if you wanted to do something the same night - and backup first!

It installed fine for me and so far no issues, but it's only been on an hour.

I've applied it to about 20 machines over the course of the week and it seems nice and stable. Takes about 30 mins on a fast machine and about 45 mins on the average laptop to apply, so don't be wanting to do anything for a while.

It's a roll-up of all the W7 security updates so far plus a few esoteric new features which won't apply to the majority of users. Management summary: it's peace of mind.

Well,I got a new pressure graph?
A mood pad that looks like something from the summer of love....
And if you should click on (Tap to click) it messes up your mouse and you have to do a right click to fix things agein.
Besides that I got nothing.
