Milan Karan's innovative solution for isolating source components from AC mains interference. Designed for 230V AC source components such as CD/DVD players and DAC's, it will also benefit turntables, phono stages and Sky boxes.
It works by effectively blocking the digital grunge that CD players and their like dump back into your domestic mains supply, which in turn impacts on other components connected to your system. In addition it will supply a clean 230V to your critical source component, isolating it from cross-contamination from other equipment connected to your system..
It is not suitable for power amps, valve amps or any component that draws alot of current.
The line filter is in mint condition and is supplied with a captive 1M mains cable terminated in an MK 13amp Toughplug. A second 1M power cord connects to your component. Termination at the filter end is a Schuko connector with a silver-plated Schurter IEC plug at the other end.
The cable itself is manufactured from 7 x 0.5mm silver-plated conductors per core (L,N,E) and has self-damping silicon insulation with a current rating of 45amps at 240 Volts.
Now surplus to requirements due to the purchase of a Vertex Elbrus Point3 balanced PSU.
