WTB: Spectrum Analyser

I'm after a spectrum analyser of some description, or a graphic equaliser with an analyser built in. If you have anything laying about, let me know. Doesn't have to be brilliant as the signal won't be passing through, but as long as I can use it for monitoring it'll be fine.

Nothing mega pricey please, this is going on the very tail end of a mobile recording studio unit and it's likely to get knocked about and damaged.

Yep, just caught it after Marco PM'd me. :D

Hope you're ok mate. I'm just getting back into writing music (moved to ambient this time) and a big part of it is capturing environmental "noise" as such. This EQ should come in handy.

The music has had a six month pause due to a house move, but it's back on track now.

I'm not using Tapatalk mate, I'm at work on my iMac using Camino. I do occasionally drop in on my iPad, but I don't use Tapatalk with that either, I use Atomic Web set to ping as Safari Desktop.

I figure that with a 20meg internet connection and a full HTML browser, why use a mobile-based forum browser?

Glad you're still doing your music. I loved your old stuff, so here's hoping that yer ambient choons hit the same heights! :)

When you've got some samples, please pop links in the music room, as I'm sure plenty of folks would love to hear your new stuff, not least Snapper and Reid Malenfant (Mark), both of whom are big ambient fans :cool:

Sorry to butt in, but how do you see a user's status and that they're using TapaTalk, Nick?

Hi Martin,

By clicking on 'Currently Active Users' at the bottom of the homepage, which will then show what each user logged-in is doing.

When people log-in using Tapatalk, temporarily, a code prefixed with the emboldened text "Unknown Location" (/forum/mobiquo/mobiquo.php) is shown next to their username, before details of their current activity (creating a new thread, private messaging, etc) is shown :)
