Since im new here I thought id post up a few photos of my SRM Athena record deck.
Iv had the deck for only about 2 months but im amazingly happy with its performance so far, it replaced a Project 1 Xpression III id been using for the last 2 years or so.

Its in a totally different league to the Project and has increased my appreciation of music no ends! Also purchasing it direct from Stuart at SRM was a really nice experience and one that i would recommend to anyone looking for a new deck.
Anyway I hope you guys like the look of it.
cheers

That would be better, and some of the rest would be good too, Ben - the SRM looks very nice, though! I like acrylic in audio, aesthetically at least, but I bet it's a beggar to dust! :)

I hope you all like it, Its not too bad for cleaning really though it helps it use an air duster regually lol.
I must admit that I chose it primarily for its looks which I know I should never have done but I alsoi had the chance of auditioning it before actually laying out any cash and I was very happy with its sound. Now Iv had it a few months Im actually convinced it sounds far better in my set up that it did at the demo.

Hi chris
Mine is driven by twin belts but I know the higher end Srm decks use 5 belts. I'm very happy with the sound of mine at present especially considering what i paid for it. They offer to buy it back for what you paid if you move up the range as well which I think is a great deal. Overal I'm over the moon with it!'
