Kailin K-N7 pre-amp..
Strange beasty powered by 4 6SN7's and built like a brick shithouse!
lost the bit paper with the weight and dimensions but it weighs lots.
Only two inputs and the switch between them is noisy(no problem
if you turn down the volume). Switchable on rear between 110/220v(+/-
10% so never caused any issues)
and a seriously nice sounding thing that I used to use on my telly system.
Has 4 metal base soviet tubes in that are the business.
Cost 800 dolla + import duties.
£200 plus postage and I'll throw in a brand new wee battery powered
phonostage which also has an auxilliary input - hence two inputs
and a phonostage .

Would consider any LP 12 parts in trade... outer platter, lid, whatever

this made a monkey of my prior Meridian and Musical Fidelity pre's hooked up to my old Meridian M2's that make the sound of the telly half roads intelligible.
who mixes the sound on these films, deaf mutes?
