This adaptor allows the use a of 997 on a 930. It can be sited either where the existing arm is or, on older decks like mine, on the rear left using the mounting holes for the cartridge holder.

I have enquired about converting a spare 929 I have into a 997. Should be just a new arm tube, wiring and heavier counterweight.. I Hope....... :)

If it works out I'll be the proud owner of a "banana" arm. :smoking:

Who makes it Andy? I would be interested in fitting a 12" arm to my 930, though not a 997.

Barry,

Its my usual source for EMT service parts.

Bear in mind it will be optimised for the 297mm EMT tonearm length.

Andy
