Nick did the triode front end to someone's Mr Liang. He reckoned it was a good improvement. I know a few folk who have modded their cd players or dacs from this site. Always seem to be positive results. Not tried any myself mind.

Hi,I tried the triode front end on my Liang amp,in my view it made the amp more hifi sounding and not as interesting to listen to.Some people may like the modded version but I did not,having said that the mod worked ok.
