Hi all,

Need to start moving my collected hifi on - too much stuff and not enough time in life to entertain these ideas of auditioning everything systematically..

So, as part of my clear out of a fair amount of gear I have the following for sale:

Deltec/DPA PDM2 (DAC) - £450

Oracle Delphi Mk1 (turntable) - £420

Wadia X64 (DAC) - £650

Philips CD880 (CD player) - £320

Revox B760 (tuner) - £325

Mordaunt Short Signifiers (superb big speakers) - £250

Meridian D600 (active speakers with pre-amp AND TDA1541 S1 DAC per speaker) - £850 ish..

Heybrook HB150s (speakers) - £80

Possibly some Quad ESL 57s.. ~ £400

Maybe my Celestion SL700s ~ £750

Pink Triangle PT Too - £400

Contact me if you're interested in anything and I'll take photos etc. I'm happy to ship, post, deliver for petrol cost, collection from mine in central London.. quite relaxed about it.

Payment-wise my only restriction is that I don't really do PayPal as it's bound to end in them holding my funds for 21 days and asking all sorts of questions about what the payment is for, evidence of the transaction etc etc - has happened before, I'm sure will happen again - too much hassle!

Cheers,

Nat

Dear Nat

I may be interested in the Oracle Delphi and the Signifers. Could you please give me some idea of their condition?

Many thanks!

Sorry if I got your hopes up Nat but I'm going to have to withdraw my earlier interest. I apologise for any wasted time...

Peter.

The Signifers are room friendly, work close to a wall without boom and have a very attractive "vintage" kind of sound to them - NOT a criticism at all, just a slight "flavour" which I also loved at the time :)

Go on Andr'e, you know you want to :lolsign:

Hey people - sorry for not replying!

Turns out I haven't subscribed to my own thread so was unaware of replies (plus been a bit busy).

By the way, how does one send a PM on this forum? I can only see visitor messages whatever they are...

All still for sale although I've interest in the Wadia, Meridians, ESLs and Oracle (although due to being busy may have lost them... we'll see).

Hi Brian,

I'm not at home at the mo but I'll take and send some photos on Monday morning for you (PM me your email address). I have a review too somewhere with all the specs etc so hopefully I'll find that .

Cheers,

Nat

Edit: Oh, one thing to add about these Signifiers is that the previous owner managed to get genuine new/old stock bass drivers from Mordaunt Short and that was about 5 years ago. Plus they come with (mtaching? - they're the right size anyway) trolley stands.

Well... a quick search throws up a thread on PFM with these attached:

Close squinting shows overall sensitivity of 86dB
