No, it won't blow up but neither will it work; the two manufacturers use separate and different wiring conventions for the octal 'umbilical' cables.

It is unlikely to work properly even were you to use a custom-wired cable: the Radford SC22 requires +310V HT, whereas the Leak ST20 provides 195 - 220V (depending on load).
