Are these guys full of shit, or are they onto something real?

Basically, they claim that they can make a $30 CD player sound as good as a $30,000 CD player.
On a somewhat related note, is Lithuania known for producing good weed?
Re clocking makes a huge difference but you need folks like Mark at Audiocom that really know his stuff to get the best out of this and usually requires a lot more than just re clocking

I am notorious for my severe case of dyslexia, but this one takes the cake. I mean, how crazy do you have to be to misspell CD as DC?
I think they’re smoking something a bit stronger than the local bush Alex :lolsign:
If they say how they go about this conversion I can’t find it in amongst the blurb.
I would have thought similar results could be achieved by just upgrading the CD clock which is a reasonably cheap tweak and very effective I’m told.
What I was drawn to was this page.

I stopped reading after a few sentences when the quantum physics broke out
What I did notice was the price and general construction
I made a few of these, some pretty ones with medical grade connectors for my mate and kept the first few from the batch for myself (practice makes sore fingers)

If we forget about the “special coating” the basic concept is similar.
Okay, I know I shout a lot about cables being a rip off when I think I can get away with it and I’m not hungry coz Marco stops feeding me if I misbehave too much, but THAT price!!
I charged my mate £10 + materials.
I’m doing it wrong aren’t I

Are you kidding me? At $1,149, it's a steal!
