The second link is quite brilliant - those kids have a very imaginative teacher, just what's needed to inspire them to do great things themselves.

For me the most significant shot is in the first YouTube - the face of the little boy when the singing starts. Experiences like that change lives. To be in the middle of a choir or orchestra of that calibre is a mind blowing experience.

The hope is he says "I want to do that, Mummy."
