Hi all,
Just getting back into HiFi again after 25 years.
I am currently using a "budget system" based on a Rotel RP830 deck, Arcam Alpha Integrated amp and Monitor Audio R100 speakers, that I purchased back in 1985!
Now that the kids have all flown the nest and I've got some spare room ;),I want to assemble some new kit,probably linking my laptop with a Beresford Dac, up to a new amp and speakers. To get me started,I'm going to just dip my toes in the water and have a look at speakers and amps in the 200-300 pound range.
Hopefully I will get plenty of inspiration and ideas from your fantastic forum!
My musical tastes vary from Hard Rock to R&B etc.
