i have just been looking at this ... i cant find out what the advantage of being invited is any more....
is this just a waste of time?

i invited hannahs sister the other day and she said there was an advantage ... but i think they might have changed it now anyway...

Unlimited. Free is limited now. 20 hrs a month I think.

I wanted another code for another 'puter. but put me to the back of the list.

I dont know why but my spotify doesnt want to play any more so i could do with a invite if anyone has one please.
I dont play it through my system but i find it useful to check new music.

Just reaslised I sent Jan a recommendation, not an invite - if I have done the same for anyone else, (apart from Mark (Reid Malenfant)) let me know :doh:

Now really confused - because it looks like Spotify have changed their accounts again - no mention of any time limits (the 20 hours a month) on "Spotify Open" - the free account, and it doesn't look like you need an invite any more.

Yeah, I'm not sure I need it now Alex.

Looks like unlimited has gone to £4.99, while Premium is £9.99. Open (Free) is free with no apparent limits, and no invite needed.

Cool.

Edit: I have version 0.4.8.255 (mac os x)

Over the last few months thanks to Alex I been using Spotify
For me its excellent media to discover music both new and old the quality is better than Itunes
I would also be willing to send a invite code to those who wish to try it out for free but you must have a minimum of 30 posts
My Spotify name is gamalon (a obscure fusion band) from the 80s
