Well, according to 'those in the know', the singles top 10 is going to be full of Beatles this coming weekend. I find it quite amazing how people are prepared to pay more for lower quality, but then we've been doing that since 1984 ;-).

I can't believe they are charging £125 for the complete set in AAC format, when you can get the 24-bit lossless files on USB stick for £149 from Amazon. Madness.

Isn't their download speed 320Kb/s though? For most out there, all you need.

What's the betting that Amazon & Co will run out of the 'stick just when I want to buy one...

They'll probably outsell all of the 2009 issued stuff - there's no accounting for people's urge to buy inferior product when it's packaged so well to be convenient.:(
