Celestion 22's FOC

Bought these on ebay from some tosser who said they need a coat of varnish.
The cabs were that damp one fell apart.
but the drivers and crossovers seem OK.
So if they may be any use to anyone for parts, come get em. :doh:

Hi Darrell, you don't happen to know what tweeters are fitted in them do you? I guess i could be in the market for a pair of HF2000s to get my Ditton 66 back in standard condition :)

Hi. mark, the tweets don't say anything on them but I think they're 2000's
round black plastic surround with Celestion made in England on them.

Yeah i was just looking on google for a few images. Pretty sure the HF2000s have a metal front plate, but i could be wrong :doh: Wish i hadn't thrown the blasted things away now, but they were both stuffed :rolleyes: From what i remember they also had a fine metal grill over the front of them, looks like those aren't the real deal :(

Mark the Ditton 22' uses 'HF1000' as does the '15XR'

Not to worry, they sound fine with the Goodmans Magnum tweeters that are fitted right now :lol:

Yes, He offered a return but sod it, It will cost more to post them back.

This happened before, I returned an item, they said it hadn't arrived, 3 weeks later they're selling it again and ebay did fuck all about it.
