These images show the state of play so far this year after a quite sudden turnaround and the sale of my SL1210 MkII. I did originally think that my Croft pre/power was going to have to go also but things have calmed down now and all is looking better than it was two months back. I can't make any plans for a hi-fi future at the moment but I would like to start improving things soon.

Can we please get the power amp away from the preamp????? ;) I'm sure the current model is better than mine, but it's always a good idea to separate them, even if the line input is all that's being used.

I completely agree with Dave, if you think your Croft sounds great now, wait until you move the preamp away from the power amp - it should be a massive free upgrade! :eek:

Glad things are picking up business-wise, too, and that you should get a chance to improve your set-up soon :cool:
