I have no idea who the daftee (idiot springs to mind as a better description ) was that thought of this but here goes :eyebrows:

Poppy collection tin stolen from magistrates court (http://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/news/local/poppy_tin_taken_from_peterborough_magistrates_cour t_1_1597487) :mental:

I mean apart from a prison can you honestly think of a bigger gathering of criminals in one location

I love this quote:-

FUNDRAISERS from the Royal British Legion have been left shocked by thieves who swiped Poppy Appeal collection tins.

Well i honestly can't say i was shocked to hear it

Even better:-

“When I heard about the thefts my first reaction was, ‘Who would do something like that?’

Er, how about a thief? Don't forget the place is generally full of them

Pottyborough, like i say, you couldn't make it up... :eyebrows:

Scumbags to steal them in the first place, but as you say, shouldn't really be surprised if you leave a load of cash unsecured anywhere, let alone a court!

When we had charity collection boxes in the shop, we quickly realised that they needed to be comprehensively secured to the counter.

Bear in mind that these were specialist Hi-Fi shops with very little passing trade as you might get in many other shops but still the boxes went missing.

What type of low life scum would steal a box for the blind with no more than a pound or two in it ???

Bastards..:steam:

I would like to show those sort of tossers some "charity" of my own... I used to believe in "what goes around comes around" and hopefully the thieving gits will get their comeuppence one day, but the older I get the more I doubt the world works that way, more's the pity... :steam: +1

As a follow up it was a 24 year old woman/girl that swiped the charity box  Her excuse was she was addicted to drugs, isn't it always

She was sentenced to 8 months at HMP :) Keeps them off of the streets & not nicking from me & you :eyebrows:
