I have quite a load of schottky diodes here but none of the above that i know of ;)

What specs are you looking for or does it actually have to be the above & no other?

Hi Mark

Has to be '50SQ200', i usually use '50SQ100' to replace say 'IN5401' but his time i require PIV of 200V hence needing '50SQ200'

Ok, i just thought i'd ask :) As it happens i know i don't have any 200V versions

Lots of fast recovery diodes though that'll be rated at that voltage & current or higher in case you are ever interested ;)

Hi Andre,

As far as I know the 50SQ range only went up to 100 volts. There are 200 volt devices around but they will probably be in a different package.

Paul

Hi Paul
Skhottky 50SQ150 (150V max PIV) & 50SQ200 (200V max PIV) do exist.

Hi Andre,

You are right. A company called Sensitron have them listed. I couldn't find any reference regarding International Rectifier, which are the ones I use, for this part. Looks like Chinese origin. I have no idea where you would get them in the UK.

Paul
