found this site from a google search,

I've not got the greatest HiFi in the world but it does me.

Marantz CD-72
Sony DTC-690 DAT
Cambridge Audio 640a
Wharfdale Diamond 4's (which I think might be on the verge of death, they are 20 years old)
and I set of Kef Cresta 30's which I bought for another system but never really used but will be swapped on to the above system on Saturday.

I'll try to get some pictures up also.

I'm most in in to Classic Rock

Huge Bruce Springsteen fan (seen 71 shows), Dave Matthews Band, Gaslight Anthem,AC/DC, Bob Seger,ZZ Top,Tom Petty,Bruce Hornsby
are a few of my fav artists.

some very interest post to read through on here so I'll be lurking for a bit reading up on things.

Hi Paul, and welcome to AoS. WOW! - 71 Springsteen shows! I'm not sure that makes you a fan - possibly a stalker, though! ;) That is a seriously large amount of times - I doubt many of us have been to that many gigs, let alone by the same artist - It's a shame Norris McWhirter is no longer with us as I'm sure he would have been in touch... that really is dedication... :)

For the record, what's up with your IV's? Maybe they can be rescued? If the Kef's don't work, maybe you could try some Castles? ;)

If you get the chance, some pictures in the gallery thread would be great - go on, blow your own trumpet - we love to see pictures of peoples' systems, whatever they are - may not beat the rest, but photos are what we need!

I'm sure you will find lots of interest here, but be warned, there's lots of bad influences - if you want to be the best - you'll soon have lots of new ideas spinning round your head on how you can make your music sound better, without breaking your records...
