Nelson Pass B1 clone preamp/buffer

Hi,
This was a prototype to explore the Nelson Pass design.

Nice 24 step ladder volume pot, good quality caps, well over spec transformer, each channel has its own board with power supply from the regulator.
The case is ok apart from the top cover rear right corner where the mirrored acrylic backing has peeled.

I only want to recover part costs so how does £110 sound.
P&P should be around £15 although collection is be preferred.
