I'm looking to replace my ageing Sony Cybershot P120 (5mp) with a new camera. I would like HD movie recording, no shutter lag (or as close as), good in low light, easy to use and under £180.

My friend has had Canon's and recommends them so I'm looking at them but there are so many models. Which offers the best bang for buck?

What would you recommend? Other brands considered :)

Cheers.

Couple of options

Sony dsc-w380
Panasonic dmc-fs33

Sony better in low light, Panasonic longer zoom...

I've just bought a canon ixus 220 hs for £170 plus another £20 off due to a canon rebate offer.

Don't hang about with these purchases do I?
