Listening test

Hi,

I've got some audio files that I'd like people to listen to and then vote on which versions of each recording they like best. Use whatever "system" you want to play back the files but if possible please use your main system. I've only listened to them using headphones at work so far but I'll take the files home and listen to them properly over the weekend. If you've heard these recordings before and you know where they are from, please keep that info to yourself for the time being. Once I've got a few votes I'll release details of what this is all about. :eyebrows:

Just to make sure you understand what I'm asking..
You will need to download both Choir tracks and compare them to each other. Then Both Jazz tracks and compare them. Don't compare Choir to Jazz, that's not the idea. ;)
Once you're done comparing and have decided if you prefer version 1 or 2, please vote for your favoirite version in the poll.

There's no right or wrong answer, I'm just after oppinions.

Hi Joe. I know what you mean, that threw me off a bit at first. I'll see if I can reduce the level on the 2nd versions. For now mainly focus on the stereo image and the placement of instruments etc within that. Cheers. :)

I've uploaded new version 2 tracks that should now have approx the same volume level as the version 1 tracks. Hopefully that should make the comparison easier. Appoligies for that cockup, I should have thought.
