Hi all,

it's Emilio here, from Spain.

Arrived this forum seeking information for a DAC to fund my first serious HiFi project.

No equipment at the moment, just reading and reading seeking information, but already have an idea of what I'll do:

- Laptop to play Flac files
- Usb DAC with pre-amp
- Rotel RB976 and RB981
- Speakers will be DIY (NeoPDR tweeter, Neo8PDR mid, 2xDayton RS225 saled) all driven actively

When you get some equipment, what sort of music will you be playing on it?

Well, I use to listen a large variety of music, but these last times I listen most light R&B, but The Police, U2, Eric Clapton, Leonard Cohen, Van Morrison and some sweef female vocal are wellcome to listen any time.

I'm very near "Santiago de Compostela".

Sure I'll do it, but I'm going with no hurry: At the time that I collect information, I'm trying also to collect some funds.
