Wanted Dac cheap

Hi I'm looking for a dac for my ps3, one of the chinese kit jobs will do.
But must be cheap. :violin: very cheap

I bought one in kit form $15 for the dac and $20 for the case about 20 quid all up plus delivery from hong kong.

I'll see if I can add more details when i get home from work

That £40 jobbie from Richer Sounds could be a reasonable choice and it'll have a guarantee as well...

if its a new thin ps3 it allready has a very good singled ended dac chip without any output opamps or capacitors.
just make a good quality interconnect.

It's the old type, it doesn't sound bad.
But I recently heard one wit an external dac and the difference was huge.
I'll have a look at Richer's, thanks.
I've scoured ebay and cant find any chino bargains on dac kits, only the one with the valve in it.
