Hi,
I just joined up after discovering your DIY section (via google) while looking for Buffalo/Legato info.
Sources:
Slimdevices Transporter (ex. blacksand cable demo unit - cryo treatment, violet z1 power cord)
Buffalo2 with passive/transformer I/V soon to be replaced with Legato/transformer I/V
Lenco L78 in DIY stacked ply plinth, Jelco 12" tonearm, Denon DL-103R
Amplification:
DIY intact audio/dave slagle passive AVC linestage
Vacuumstate SVP-2 active Phono + Linestage
Yamamoto A-08S 45 SET amp
Speakers:
Klipschorn KB (1989 vintage), DIY xovers (big inductors, PIO caps), upgraded tractrix flare midrange horns, 2" BMS midrange drivers, Beyma CP25 tweeters.
Others:
Auditorium 23 Speaker cable
Blacksand Cable and DIY power cords
DIY fine copper & silver interconnects
Musical interests are lo-fi, blues, jazz, rock, punk, basically anything that is recorded well but not over produced
My latest obsession is digital/streaming so looking forward to sticking around and contributing to the DIY section
