Morning all,
For sale my Omen Def Mk. 1 speakers.
In gloss black (an expensive cost option, so probably quite rare). They cost me £6k and a ten week wait for delivery. I spoke with Dave of Audio Counsel (Zu Audio official importers) at the weekend, who told me he sold quite a few, so I can only assume owners are holding on to them...
Cosmetically they're an easy 9/10, though there is a small scratch on the back of one. I've tried to photograph it (not easy). They are functionally perfect, no issues. And as Zu Audio state a life expectancy of 100+ years, they should be good for a while yet :)
They throw a huge soundstage and have a very 'live' sound. Big following in the US, with plenty of positive reviews. Very sensitive (99dB), I've used these with a variety of amps, from 7wpc SET amp to 250wpc s/s. Even when I temporarily ran them with my Amptastic Mini-1 amp they went to decent levels.

They are pretty big, but work well in smaller rooms, which is partly what drew me to them.
No boxes, collection preferred (so you can see and hear them, and I can deliver up to 100 miles free of charge. Any further we'll work out the cost. Plinths shown in some photos are just home made oak slabs, which will be included if buyer wants them.
