Hello chaps,
Would just like to share this recent piece of feedback from a new client who took the time to share his thoughts, with so much negativity around at the moment I thought it would make a postive counter to this :)
"The entire purchasing experience was exemplary. From my initial phone call enquiring about the amplifier, to its delivery. I was given updates throughout the process, a video clip of it working and photos of the packing. The packing was more than adequate, again an example of the customer care. For further context, this service and care was provided for a modestly priced pre loved Arcam A32, rather than one of their high end pieces. I cannot praise Tony and his services enough. Furthermore, it sounds fantastic, probably due to the well thought out upgrades carried out by Tony."
