Just a tentative enquiry, but the spiel on the Ma says "Need a standard Linux driver to operate" is this something a standard audio install like Picoreplayer would already have? If not how easy is it to get it on the SD card and what do you need to do it (can you use a windows laptop or do you have to use Linux commands on a Linux device to copy/install it?)

https://volumio.com/get-started/

Use a Card flash tool like Balena Etcher to get the .img file onto a micro SD card.
It's all pretty straightforward.

That doesn't tell me if I can use these on my Rpi4 with Picoreplayer though does it?

If Hifiberry Digi + or pro works with this, then PiCorePlayer has that setting as well. So you should be good. If you're not sure, then don't buy it
